Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 14-week assignment in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will provide rapid-response, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 1 year of ER RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. Travel pay includes competitive benefits and 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of ER RN experience.
• Current valid RN license in the relevant state.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout ED stay.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes in EMR.
