Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED for a 13-week assignment in Northglenn, Colorado. The ER RN will work a 12-hour night shift, delivering urgent care to a diverse patient population and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS/ACLS (NRP/PALS may be required), and the ability to perform duties in a fast-paced ED. Weekly pay and travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS certification required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care to ED patients.
• Clean and bandage wounds; administer IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; document events.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs.
