MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Big Spring, Texas. This role requires an active RN license, 18 months ER experience, and includes a 13-week duration with 48 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Properly understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
• Emergency Room RN provides care for patients from various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
