Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an ER Travel Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Calais, Maine. This travel position offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with tax-free stipends to be determined.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of acute care ER experience, active RN license, ACLS, BLS, and PALS. You will triage, treat, and document care in a fast-paced ED environment while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maine or compact state.
• 2+ years of ER acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications required or to be obtained prior to assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and wound care.
• Administer IV therapy and monitor patient status.
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment.
• Document medical history, allergies, vitals and care plans.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
