Job summary

TotalMed RN is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a travel assignment in Montclair, NJ. 13-week duration with 36 hours per week, night shifts, and a focus on rapid triage and acute care treatment.

RN with 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred; ACLS/BLS/PALS required or may be required before starting. Will perform bedside care, documentation, and patient/family education in a busy ER setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the relevant state.
• 3 years of ER or acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required or may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Triage and provide care in a fast-paced ED.
• Document medical history, vitals and treatment plans.
• Monitor patients and communicate with physicians and families.
