Job summary

TotalMed is seeking Emergency Room RN travel nurses for an assignment in Weston, West Virginia. This 13-week travel role requires 1-2 years of recent acute care experience with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour workweek.

RNs must hold ACLS and BLS certifications and perform ED triage, care, and documentation with a focus on fast-paced emergency care. Travel nurses will support patient evaluation, vital signs, wound care, IV therapy, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1 year of acute care experience or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
