Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Canton, GA. The RN will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a busy Emergency Department, triaging patients, administering treatments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Start date 10/05/2026 with 12-hour night shifts. The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PALS or ENPC, with at least one year of ER experience.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Active RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients upon arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Aid physicians during procedures and exams.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort in the ED.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in EMR.
• Educate patients on discharge plans and aftercare.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
