Job summary

TotalMed is seeking an Emergency Room Travel Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, OK. This ED RN role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS/PALS/NIH, and a 12-hour night shift schedule with 36 hours per week on a 12-week assignment.

As an ER Travel Nurse you will evaluate, triage and implement care, perform minor medical operations, document medical history and vital signs, and monitor both emotional and physical well-being.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Emergency Department RN experience preferred.
• CPR and advanced life support certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care in a fast-paced ED.
• Perform minor procedures, document history and vital signs.
• Monitor patients’ emotional and physical well-being and communicate with families.
• Maintain supplies and report any abuse to appropriate agencies.
