Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED (Emergency Department) in Dover, Ohio, for a 13-week contract. The role requires 18 months of ED experience, an Ohio RN license or compact state license, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Night shifts, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, perform triage, administer treatments, document in EMR, and participate in patient education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience.
• 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, with active status at the time of submission.
• TNCC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department.
• Assess and triage patients quickly and accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information and care in electronic medical records.
• Participate in patient and family education.
