Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illness in emergency patients
• Provide triage and prioritize injuries based on medical need
• Deliver rapid, accurate assessments of patients including physical and mental health status
• Recognize life-threatening conditions and initiate definitive care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient care
