Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED in Austin, Texas. This 13-week contract features 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotations, offering the chance to work in a busy emergency department.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• TNCC and ENPC required by start date.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Candidates with more ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures in the ED including intubations and lumbar punctures.
• Administers thrombolytic therapy and manages acute emergencies.
• Assists with splinting, suturing and other stabilizing interventions.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
