Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in San Antonio, Texas. The position runs 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

The assignment starts 10/19/2026 and runs for 13 weeks, with benefits including housing options and health coverage. Excellent critical-care skills are required, with eligibility to work in the U.S. and ED experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the applicable state with current license.
• BLS certification current and active.
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency nursing or equivalent fast-paced clinical experience.
• Eligible to work in the designated location (San Antonio, TX).
• Preferred certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care and rapid response to high-acuity patients in the ED.
• Safely manage night-shift patient loads and collaborate with the ER team.
• Adhere to hospital policies, SOPs, and infection control guidelines.
