Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment in California. This role requires 2+ years of ER experience and active ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications. Epic EMR experience is required and the candidate must reside within 50 miles of the facility.

The position offers 3x12-hour night shifts (18:30–07:00) with every other weekend. The role includes comprehensive benefits, travel housing, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Able to work night shift 18:30–07:00.
• Must reside within 50 miles of facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in the ED including triage, monitoring, and management of critically ill patients.
• Work in a 392-bed acute care hospital with 1:4 patient ratio.
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00; every other weekend.
