Job summary

Junxion Med Staffing seeks a Travel RN for the Emergency Department in Lansing, Michigan. This 15-week assignment requires 36 hours per week, rotating 12-hour nights. Start date is October 12, 2026, with travel compensation and built-in stipends.

The ideal candidate has ED/BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NIH certifications and 2+ years of Level I trauma ED experience, plus proficiency in dysrhythmia management and EPIC charting.

Qualifications

• State license and ACLS/BCLS per AHA requirements.
• PALS, TNCC, NIH are required or preferred as listed.
• NIH and ENPC are additional certifications.
• Experience with Level I trauma and dysrhythmia management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ED trauma cases and dysrhythmias.
• Interpret ABGs and manage ventilated patients.
• Perform arterial/central line care and IV starts.
• Coordinate care with EPIC charting and trauma team.
