Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Marshall, Michigan. The ER RN delivers rapid, high‑quality care in a fast-paced ED, with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour week schedule. Start date 10/05/2026 and comprehensive benefits accompany competitive pay.

Candidates should have 1 year ER RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS; TNCC/NIHSS/NRP/SANE are preferred. Strong teamwork and patient safety are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients rapidly on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
