Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Wilson, NC. The RN will provide high‑quality emergency care in a fast-paced department, with a focus on rapid assessment, treatment, and collaboration with clinicians.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ER RN experience required.
• Active RN license in NC required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications.
• TNCC/NIHSS/NRP/SANE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival and prioritize care.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer meds and treatments per ER protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to urgent changes.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
