Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel ER assignment in Winnebago, Nebraska. Start date 09/27/2026 for 13 weeks, with nights and a hospital-based emergency department setting.

Requires active RN licensure, CCNE-accredited nursing education, and at least two years of ER experience. 36 guaranteed hours per week and housing options provided as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in any U.S. state or D.C.
• CCNE-accredited nursing education
• Minimum two years of professional nursing experience; ER preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently; strong communication.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and work nights.
• Must pass background checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess ED patients and triage based on history and exam.
• Provide direct nursing care; administer meds, IV fluids, blood products.
• Operate ER equipment; ensure patient safety and ongoing therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff for timely treatment plans.
• Initiate patient education and document care; maintain HIPAA standards.
