Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Greenfield, IN. The role involves high‑quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED, with a 12‑hour night shift and 36 hours per week. You’ll join a supportive clinical team and receive competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of ER experience, an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. TNCC/NIHSS/SANE are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ER RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED and respond to needs.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
