Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Highlands, North Carolina. This ER travel assignment requires an RN license and provides 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) on a 36-hour weekly schedule, with a 13-week contract length and ASAP start.

The role involves acute care in a hospital setting, collaborating with the care team, and documentation in Cerner EMR. Travel status and tax-free stipends may apply per assignment policy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in Emergency Department care preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing services in the Emergency Room setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, delivering appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately in Cerner EMR.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies, including dress code and certifications.
