Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ER RN for a 12-week travel assignment in Jefferson City, TN. You will assess, triage, and treat patients in a fast-paced ED, document care in EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.

Requires 1 year ER experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC credentials. Travel shift is 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week, 12-week duration, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ER RN with at least 1 year of ER experience.
• Current RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival based on acuity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and assist with emergency treatments and exams.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure rapid, high-quality care.
