Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The ER RN will work 12-hour rotating shifts, 36 hours per week, in a fast-paced ED environment. Start date 11/16/2026 for a 13-week assignment with acute care requirements and travel benefits.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and a willingness to work with a diverse team of caregivers in Nantucket, MA.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Provide basic bedside care and wound management.
• Document medical history and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with IV therapy and patient education.
