Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Nantucket, MA. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Current RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• PALS/ENPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Assist with procedures and support physicians.
• Monitor patient status and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
