Job summary

Aya Healthcare is seeking an ER Registered Nurse for Mount Vernon, OH. This assignment includes nights, a 13-week term, and a 4×12-hour schedule (19:00–07:30).

Requirements include OH or Compact license, ACLS/BLS, 1 year ER experience, and procedures such as central line care, dysrhythmia interpretation, and IV sedation. Paragon/Allscripts charting is used; 64-bed facility with nights and weekends rotations.

Qualifications

• OH license or Compact license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1 year ER experience required.
• Skills include BiPAP/CPAP management, central line care, IV sedation, dysrhythmia interpretation, ABGs, phlebotomy, and emergency department care.
• Charting experience with Paragon/Allscripts.

  • Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management of dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Triage
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: OH License or Compact License. Quick License State (Application process takes 2 weeks or less!)
• Previous Charge Nurse Experience: Preferred
