Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado. You will work nights on a 12-hour shift, 36 hours per week, in a travel role, delivering critical care to patients in the Emergency Department.

The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, and ER experience. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, health insurance, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Room RN provides care for patients from various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
