Job summary

Emergency ER Nurse opportunity available in Spokane, WA. Travel assignment with Cross Country Nurses in a Level 3 Trauma Center, serving diverse trauma, psychiatric, medical, and cardiac cases.

Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, from 11/02/2026 to 01/30/2027. Requires valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI; EPIC EMR experience; 3–5 years of ER experience; RN license.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current certifications.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI required.
• 3–5 years of ER experience in Level 3+ trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ED.
• Manage trauma, psychiatric, medical, and cardiac cases.
• Collaborate with a skilled team and support staff.
