Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Union, SC. The ER RN delivers rapid, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, assesses patients, initiates urgent treatment, administers meds, and collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements include 1 year ER experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC; TNCC/NIHSS preferred. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, licensure reimbursement, and 24/7 recruiter support.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per ER protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout ED stay.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
