Job summary

TotalMed is seeking an Emergency Department RN for a travel assignment in Indianapolis, IN. The ER RN will perform triage, care, and discharge planning in a fast-paced environment, with 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, and a strong ability to manage stress while delivering high-quality patient care. Travel offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• ER RN with 1–2 years acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required.
• Willingness to travel to Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage patients in the emergency department.
• Provide bedside care and monitor patient status.
• Document medical history, vital signs and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to implement orders.
