Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience (recent)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• PALS or ENPC certification current

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess incoming patients
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies
• Monitor patient status and ensure safety in the ED
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
