Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Athens, Tennessee. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and ED RN expertise.

As an ER Travel Nurse, you will evaluate, triage and implement care following physician orders, perform bedside tasks and maintain documentation. This is a 13‑week travel assignment with 36 hours per week, night shifts, and a tax‑free stipend potential.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required or in progress.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• Emergency Department RN experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Provide basic bedside care and wound care as needed.
• Document medical history and vital signs; monitor patient status.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; ensure patient safety and comfort.
