Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in De Witt, IA. The role features 12-hour night shifts, a 36-hour work week, and a fast-paced ED environment focused on rapid assessment and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort in the ED.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in EMR.
