The ER RN will deliver rapid-response care in a busy ED, performing triage, interventions, and education to patients and families. Requirements include 1 year ER experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Active RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications per protocol.
• Assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient status and safety in the ED.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
