Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Aberdeen, WA. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED and join a dedicated clinical team.

The role requires one year of ER experience, WA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC credentials. Travel pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, with start date 10/19/2026 and 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with Washington state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED stay.
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions and outcomes in EMR.
