Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Albany, Georgia. This 17-week travel assignment offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour evenings, plus travel reimbursement and housing options. Candidates must hold an active RN license, have 18 months of recent acute care ER experience, and meet facility requirements.

BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required. Other client-specific criteria will apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• Eighteen months of recent ER experience in an Acute Care ER
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action
• Prioritize injuries using triage and rapid assessment
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients (physical and mental health)
