Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment in Wilson, North Carolina. This role requires ED experience, active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications, and a nursing degree.

The schedule features 36 hours per week across day shifts, with 12-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse patient population, administer medications, document care in Meditech, and collaborate with the ED team to deliver timely,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop patient treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and progress through electronic health records (Meditech).
