Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Clinton, IN. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, administering treatments, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires ER experience, valid state RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS. TNCC or other certifications are preferred. Competitive pay and full benefits are included for this travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience is required.
• Current RN license in good standing per state regulations.
• BLS certification current and active.
• ACLS certification current and active.
• PALS or ENPC certification current and active.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients on arrival according to severity.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocol.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient status and document changes in EMR.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for optimal care.
• Maintain hospital safety and infection control standards.
