Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights

UNIT: ER
Minimum Experience: 3+ years of ER.
**Must pass 12 lead EKG and Dysrhythmia exam

Required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA, PALS, and NIHSS. IN/Compact State License.

Charting/Equipment: Epic REQUIRED (within the past year and will be required to do a checkoff class)

Unit Specific Skillset: Level II Trauma; Prefer pediatric experience

Potential to float between sister facilities 8 and 11 miles apart. 2 hour notice given.

Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend & every other holiday
