Job summary

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED in Quincy, Illinois. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts.

Start ASAP; certifications ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC or TNS and NIHSS are required; ED RN experience of at least 2 years is expected. BSN is not required; EPIC charting proficiency is preferred for optimal starting and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• ED RN experience with at least 2 years in a fast-paced ED.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS and either TNCC or TNS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification also listed as a preference.
• BSN is not required for this role.
• Current state RN license required to submit.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour night shift ED nursing care.
• Document patient care in EPIC accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with ED team to ensure quality patient flow.
• Monitor and respond to critical events in a Level 2 setting.
