Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. The ER RN will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department, assessing patients, initiating urgent care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements include one year of ER experience, RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PALS or ENPC as applicable. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive support are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• RN license valid and in good standing per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) and ACLS certification.
• PALS or ENPC certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage and prioritization of patient care in ED.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in ED.
• Document patient conditions, nursing assessments, and outcomes.
