TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a travel nursing job in Sonora, California. Immediate ER RN opening with 1-2 years acute care experience sought; fast-paced environment with patient triage and standard ER procedures.

Shift consists of 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, duration 13 weeks, travel employment. Responsibilities include bedside care, wound care, IV therapy, patient monitoring and documentation; certifications like BLS/ACLS/PALS are required or may be needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• 3 years experience referenced in posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
