Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a Travel ER Emergency Room RN for a 13-week assignment in SPRINGFIELD, MA. The role requires current MA RN license or Compact license and 2+ years ER experience. This travel contract includes 3x12 night shifts, competitive weekly pay, housing and meal stipends, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Current MA RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
2+ years of ER experience preferred.
BLS certification through AHA.

Responsibilities

Provide bedside nursing care in the ER Emergency Room unit.
Create and update individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
