MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Laveen, Arizona. This assignment runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts.

The position requires an Active RN License, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and 18 months of ER experience in an acute care setting. BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required depending on client facility.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Emergency Room RN provide care for patients from various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Need to recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions; assess, intervene and stabilize.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
