Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a Travel ER RN to join our team in Bennington, VT for a 13-week assignment. You will provide bedside care in the ER, collaborate with physicians, document in EMR, and promote safety while delivering high-quality patient care.

Required VT or Compact RN license and BLS. Typically 2+ years ER experience; housing, meals, and travel reimbursement are offered as part of the travel contract.

Qualifications

• Current VT RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of recent ER experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the ER unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
