Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years ED experience for contract labor.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC required or preferred for contract labor.
• Adaptability and strong communication with patients and peers are essential.
• Strong assessment skills and reliability are critical for this role.
• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities are expected.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology used in ED settings.
• For HCA hired staff, at least 1 year ED experience and MOAB/TNCC BLS requirements may apply.
