Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Wichita, Kansas. This ER position requires CERTS in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS and TNCC with at least 1 year of ED experience. Meditech EMR experience is preferred and the role includes 36 hours per week on evenings (12-hour shifts).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Emergency Department nursing.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), PALS, and TNCC are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV starts and medication administration.
• Assist with sedations and pediatric care.
• Maintain patient safety and documentation per unit policies.
• Scan patients and medications to meet safety standards.
