Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Kingman, Arizona. The role requires 2+ years of ED experience and float coverage to the Observation Unit, with 3x12 hour evening shifts and a 36 hour week.

Candidates must hold an AZ or Compact RN license and current ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/PALS/TNCC certifications, with pediatric/trauma care experience preferred. Travel candidates welcome with licensed support from the facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (AZ or Compact)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of ED experience
• Experience with adult/pediatric ED, trauma, stroke, STEMI preferred
• Skills in triage, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and 12-lead EKG interpretation
• Experience managing psychiatric, pediatric, and trauma patient populations
• Two professional references required
• Copy of driver license and Social Security card required

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care across a wide range of adult and pediatric conditions including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and psychiatric cases
• Perform triage, IV therapy, and emergency medication administration as needed
• Support isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• First-time travelers accepted if they have more than 2 years of ED experience
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• Former permanent employees must wait 12 months before returning as travelers
• Minimal RTO requested at time of consideration
