Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for their Emergency Department in Carlsbad, NM. This role is for a 13-week contract beginning ASAP, with a midday shift from 1 PM to 1 AM. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in emergency nursing and hold certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and ENPC. This position requires accountability for patient care, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Emergency Department nursing is required.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and ENPC are required.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to Emergency Room patients using the nursing process.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Supervise assigned personnel in delivering patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and completely.
