Job summary

A healthcare staffing company is looking for experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel contract in State College, PA. The ER RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, including assessing patient conditions and collaborating with healthcare teams. Competitive weekly pay of $2,250 for 36 hours, along with housing and meal allowances. Previous ER experience and valid certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience required.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
• Provide emergency care, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitor patient conditions and document clinical information.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop care plans.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and critical patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
