Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Granbury, TX. The ER RN will provide rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Start date 10/20/2026; 40 hours per week, evenings, travel employment.

Requirements include 1 year ER experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS or ENPC preferred. Comprehensive benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience is required.
• Active RN license in compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival in the ED.
• Explain procedures to patients and families; obtain informed consent.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient status and comfort; document changes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and staff for patient care.
