Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Redding, California. This ED RN position is a 13-week assignment with dayshift, 12-hour shifts, and a total of 36 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and must be eligible for travel nursing. ACLS, BLS, PALS and NIH certifications are commonly required, with additional certifications possibly needed before starting the assignment.

Qualifications

• ER travel RN role; 1-2 years acute care experience preferred.
• ASAP start date; 13-week assignment.
• 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
