• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient record and communicate effectively with physicians and the care team
• Use critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize care and ensure patient safety
• Respond to changes in patient condition, participate in triage as needed, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced ER environment
